Our current turnaround time is approximately 8 –12 weeks from the day your inclusions arrive. Some pieces may be completed sooner if materials are in stock, while others may take a little longer if components need to be specially sourced.

Custom sourcing, high order volumes, or complex designs can occasionally extend our production timeframe. We’ll always handle your inclusions with care, and we appreciate your patience during busy periods.

If you need your order for a special occasion or specific date, feel free to reach out before placing your order. While we can't always guarantee a faster turnaround, we'll do our best to accommodate when possible however we cannot move your order in front of anyone else’s order. 

Absolutely. You’ll receive confirmation once your inclusions arrive and again when your piece is on its way home to you. If you ever need reassurance or have questions, we’re only an email away.
