Shipping Policy

At The Memory Collective, every keepsake is crafted with great care and intention. Because each piece is custom made using your unique inclusions, our shipping times reflect both the nature of our work and our dedication to quality.

Processing Times

• Keepsake Jewellery: Please allow approximately 6–12 weeks from the time we receive your inclusions for your piece to be handcrafted.
• Timeframes depend on stock availability and if additional resources need to be sourced to make your one of a kind item customised just for you. 
• Ready-to-Ship Items & Gift Vouchers: Dispatched within 2–5 business days.

You’ll receive email updates when your inclusions arrive and again when your keepsake is on its way.

Shipping Options & Rates

Australia (via Australia Post):

• Flat rate: $10 AUD
• Free registered shipping on orders over $200 AUD
  

International Shipping:

• Flat rate: $30 AUD
• Delivery time varies by destination
• Please allow additional time for customs clearance

Tracking Your Order

All orders are sent with tracking. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Packaging & Presentation

Each piece is thoughtfully packaged in our signature gift box and includes care instructions. We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Delays & Disclaimer

While we do our best to meet the timelines above, delays can occur due to postal disruptions, seasonal volume, or supply delays. We appreciate your patience as we create your one-of-a-kind piece with care and intention.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with lodging a claim and resolving the issue.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
