We pour love into every keepsake, and we do everything we can to ensure it arrives safely. Below you’ll find answers to all your shipping questions — including timeframes, costs, and how to send your precious inclusions.

When will my order ship?

Your keepsake will be shipped around 8 –12 weeks after we receive your inclusions. Some pieces may be ready sooner if components are in stock, while others may take longer depending on custom requests or seasonal demand.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free registered shipping within Australia for all orders over $200. For orders under $200, a flat-rate fee will be applied at checkout. All parcels include tracking for peace of mind.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes — international shipping options are available and can be selected during checkout. If you need help choosing the best option for your location, feel free to contact us.

You are responsible for any fees associated with international shipping and customs such as import taxes

Will I receive tracking details?

Absolutely. As soon as your keepsake is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

How do I send my inclusions?

Once your order is placed, you’ll follow the detailed instructions on how to safely package and post your inclusions on our “How to Send Your Inclusions” page. We do not send out inclusion kits, so it is your responsibility to send your materials via registered post to ensure their safe arrival.

Who is responsible for the shipping address?

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an error in the address, re-shipping fees may apply.

Do you use signature on delivery?

For added security, we require a signature on delivery. If you’re not home, your parcel will usually be taken to your local post office. If you prefer safe drop, please be aware this is at your own risk and we are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered but not received.

What if there are postal delays or issues?

We use trusted carriers, but we cannot control postal delays, customs processing, or any loss or damage once the parcel is in transit. If your parcel appears delayed or goes missing, please contact us — we’ll do everything we can to help you lodge a claim or find a solution.
